(1) About my Order

Q: Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.
Q: I just placed my order. Can I add another item?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item(s).
Q: I just placed an order and changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has already been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

(2) Returns/Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges. ALL sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Q: What is vintage?
Vintage means pre-loved. All our vintage pieces are one-of-a kind and there is only one of each style in stock. Please know that some vintage items will show small signs of wear and tear; any minor imperfections will be described in the most accurate detail, but please read each listing description carefully before purchasing.
